Friday was all about preparing to go on holiday on Saturday but first there was a trip to the GP surgery to have a set of bloods done. These are interim bloods to monitor my PSA everything else is just the every day. No results by the end of the day but all the bags are packed and the car checked ready to go.

Saturday morning and the bloods are in, its not pretty. So I go on holiday to rest and think and write.
